We have talked about mental health. And I suggested that with all four areas, those areas being: physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health, there are 4 areas that I think are important to contemplate. I think those areas are: fuel, exercise, rest and community.
So, just like with mental health, let’s ask the same questions for Spiritual health.
Fuel
Since I have been made alive in Jesus, I have His Holy Spirit dwelling inside of me. It’s no longer I who live...

It might be the first important question any of us are ever asked.
Most of the questions of childhood are mundane: “Would you like more milk?” or “Have you brushed your teeth?”

We can be dieting buddies and help each other out. When I feel the urge to drive out and get a burger and fries, I’ll call you first.” “Great!” she replied. “I’ll ride with you.”
Oh, the consistent...

The year that was 2020 didn’t offer us much. In fact, many would say, that it did more than its fair share of taking. However, what happens when you put two cinephiles in quarantine and lockdown for an extended period of time? Well, you watch a bunch of movies. This year offered us the chance to watch older movies we hadn’t seen before and, of course, watch an unprecedented number of new movies. Yes, there were a lot of new...

The number 42. That is the answer author Douglas Adams gives to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything. What is the meaning of life? It’s a big question given a very simple answer in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Would that it were so simple. Though many have tried over the eons, this question continues to baffle generation after generation. Now our up-and-coming millennials and Gen Z have an answer all their own, work. Barna Research...
