Beth Gianopulos

Beth grew up in a small town in North Carolina. She attended Salem College, in Winston-Salem, NC, where she earned a BS in Chemistry. Beth was the first in her family to receive a college degree. She then attended Wake Forest University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate (JD). Beth is currently an attorney for a large academic medical center where she focuses her practice areas on employment law and litigation. In 2014, Beth was named as one of the Triad Business Journal's Women in Business. Beth was also a winner of the Women of Justice Award, presented by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly in 2014.

Along the way, Beth married Michael Gianpoulos. Michael and Beth have three amazing kids that inspire them, challenge them, and fill their lives with new adventures.

Because of the families' passion for short-term missions, Michael and Beth started a non-profit mission organization and church, Project:Re3. Michael is the Executive Director and Pastor of Project:Re3. Michael, Beth, and their children are actively involved in short-term missions and local outreach projects. Beth has served on mission trips in Uganda, El Salvador, Mexico City, Peru, the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Montana, and a number of locations in the US. Beth loves helping at City With Dwellings, and she is on the Board of Directors for Fields of Dreams Uganda and Encouragement Cafe. Beth is very passionate about women's education and is currently serving on the Salem College Board of Visitors.

Ministry to women, reading, writing, cooking, and anything having to do with animals are her sweet spots. Having a background in cardiac testing, she chose to stay home and raise three incredible children who are now married, and currently has 2 precious granddaughters and one faithful husband of 34 years.

Esther Followwill-Johnson believes that as a rule, great writing is generally accompanied by fresh pressed green juice or Philz Coffee. She has spent the last few years working as a writer and content creator in Los Angeles, but recently relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area.
With a degree in Biblical Studies & Philosophy, Esther loves discussing truth, identity, and all aspects of living well in an imperfect world. She also manages a growing band of skincare mavens, and can be found singing her heart out, hiking somewhere by the ocean, or traveling around the world with her adventurous husband and their beautiful daughter Alétheia.

Meg graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2017 with degrees in the Biological Sciences and French, and after a brief time working in college ministry, she is now pursuing writing full time. Naomi is a new mom... of five! She recently married an amazing man with five kids who lost his first wife to cancer. Together they serve with OMF (Overseas Missionary Fellowship) as mobilizers, helping inspire and prepare new missionaries to share Christ in East Asia. Naomi has traveled extensively as a short-term missionary to China, Japan, Cambodia, Nepal, Uganda... to name a few.
