Along the way, Beth married Michael Gianpoulos. Michael and Beth have three amazing kids that inspire them, challenge them, and fill their lives with new adventures.
Because of the families' passion for short-term missions, Michael and Beth started a non-profit mission organization and church, Project:Re3. Michael is the Executive Director and Pastor of Project:Re3. Michael, Beth, and their children are actively involved in short-term missions and local outreach projects. Beth has served on mission trips in Uganda, El Salvador, Mexico City, Peru, the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Montana, and a number of locations in the US. Beth loves helping at City With Dwellings, and she is on the Board of Directors for Fields of Dreams Uganda and Encouragement Cafe. Beth is very passionate about women's education and is currently serving on the Salem College Board of Visitors.
Born and raised an Italian Jersey girl, she has finally settled in the south as Reynolda Presbyterian church became her new home.
Ministry to women, reading, writing, cooking, and anything having to do with animals are her sweet spots. Having a background in cardiac testing, she chose to stay home and raise three incredible children who are now married, and currently has 2 precious granddaughters and one faithful husband of 34 years.
God has given Joy a deep passion for teaching His Word and encouraging women in their walk with Him. In 2011 God called Joy and her family to Jackson TN. There, she was invited to be a guest on the local Christian radio station. The general manager liked her enthusiasm and her voice so he offered her an opportunity to do a daily devotional on air. Joy prayed over the opportunity and knew God was calling her to encourage others! She founded Joytime Ministries in 2012. ``Joytime`` is an upbeat, one-minute Christian radio segment that airs on over 150 radio stations worldwide! Through Joytime, Joy speaks into the hearts of her listeners as she discusses REAL life issues.
His work has been highly influenced by growing up as a “preacher’s kid” and then observing his father as he moved into church generosity consulting. His passion for stewardship was first taught by his parents and then matured in his own faith journey. His greatest joy is found when persons share how their participation in a generosity campaign proved to be a life changing spiritual experience.
Nathan is a graduate of Auburn University where he earned a BA in Mass Communications and played Soccer. After graduation, Nathan served as a producer and broadcaster for IMG College at Auburn University and Georgia Tech and with the Tennessee Titans Radio Network. Nathan uses his education and experience with cutting edge media to effectively communicate with audiences of varying ages, demographics and perspectives. Nathan is also a commissioned member of the Chuck Colson Center Fellows Program.
Nathan lives in Centre, Alabama, with his wife and two daughters. When you do not find him with his family or serving in a church, you are likely to find Nathan at a sporting event or on the golf course.
Ned is the Executive Director of the Winston-Salem Fellows and the author of four books, including the hilarious memoir Falling Into Love and the acclaimed novel Clay. He wife, two kids, two dogs, six chickens, rabbit, hamster, fish and turtle live in Winston-Salem, NC.
In his ``spare time,`` he can be found with his camera in hand, encouraging people to be their true
selves in front of the camera lens.
Whitney is wife to wonderful Ryan, and mama to bold and hilarious Ella Kate, Joseph, and Davis. She leads worship at several services at her church home in North Carolina, and writes for several sites about life, parenting, and the Gospel. Dylan is a rising junior at Wake Forest University studying History, with a focus on American and Reformation history. He also is taking classes to get his teaching license. He dreams of teaching high school students, along with coaching a sports team (He would be open to any because of his love for sports.) to further the kingdom of God and spread the word to the future generations of Believers.
